Only a few more days until The Color Run! I’m doing pretty well with the training, but, I wanted to post something that wasn’t strictly running related.
I’ve been eating better over the past few months and I’ve noticed such a difference in how I actually feel and my energy levels.
Of course I have bad days just like anyone else, but, overall it’s been more good days than bad. It’s definitely helped me with my running as well as having energy at night for cooking dinner and not falling asleep at 7 p.m. on the couch.
I need to get my yoga mat out more starting this week. This is MY reminder to do that. I have a few things going on in the mornings this week where I cannot run, but, I will be doing yoga and then the elliptical to balance it out.
